Mathew Ross joined the Trusted team in 2018, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the pest management industry, including extensive leadership experience in senior management roles both within Australia and internationally. Throughout his career, Mathew has worked across Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines, delivering pest management solutions and operational leadership for major organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, Nestlé, Lion Nathan, Coles Group, Woolworths Group, IHG, Accor and Goodman Fielder.

As General Manager, Mathew is passionate about developing strong teams, maintaining high service standards, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the business. He remains committed to mentoring staff and supporting a positive workplace culture while ensuring Trusted Pest Management continues to deliver reliable, professional pest management services to its clients. Mathew is actively involved in charitable initiatives and is passionate about supporting organisations through his involvement with the Rise Above Foundation, the Bylling Foundation and the Mental Awareness Foundation.

Richie joined the Trusted team in 2017 and brings more than 13 years of hands-on experience in the pest management industry. Prior to transitioning into his role as Operations Manager from a pest technician role, Richie spent over five years in retail management, developing strong leadership and team development skills that continue to support Trusted’s growing technical team.

As Operations Manager for the past seven years, Richie plays a key role in supporting and guiding Trusted’s technicians in the field. He enjoys the ever-changing challenges of pest control and is passionate about continuing to learn within the industry. Richie takes pride in fostering strong teamwork and camaraderie among the technicians, creating a supportive environment that helps the team deliver reliable, high-quality service to Trusted’s clients.

Jessica joined the Trusted team in 2022, bringing with her nine years of experience as an Administration Manager. With over 15 years experience, her strong background in administration and team leadership allows her to deliver efficient systems, clear communication and high standards across the administrative function.

Jessica is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client receives a professional and seamless experience. She is equally committed to supporting her administration team, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers them to perform at their best and contribute to the continued success of the business.
