Mental Awareness Foundation
The Mental Awareness Foundation raises funds and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention through events like the Walk for Awareness. Their mission is to support early intervention, connect people with resources, and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in Australia.
Church Building Project – Talibon, Bohol
Ecokil Pest Control and Trusted Pest Management proudly supported the construction of a new church in Talibon, Bohol, Philippines. This project was launched to provide a safe and welcoming place of worship for the local parish and to assist children and families within the community. The partnership reflects our belief in giving back to the regions where our teams have personal and cultural ties, helping communities rebuild, connect, and thrive.
Rise Above Foundation (Philippines)
Rise Above Foundation provides education, healthcare, and livelihood programs for underprivileged communities in Cebu, Philippines. Their work includes running daycare centres, dental missions, hygiene education, and skills training, helping families break the cycle of poverty through compassion and practical support.
HomeSafe Families Initiative
The HomeSafe Families Initiative is a Trusted Pest Management program focused on creating safe, healthy living environments for Australian families. By combining pest prevention education with mental health awareness, the initiative helps families improve their wellbeing at home. It promotes safer pest control practices, supports community programs, and encourages family resilience through care, knowledge, and connection.

Trusted Pest Management proudly supports the Clean Earth Collective, an organisation committed to protecting the environment through education, waste reduction, and sustainable living. Our partnership helps raise awareness about eco-friendly pest control, chemical safety, and community clean-up programs that make a real difference in preserving our planet for future generations.
We Support What Matters
Trusted Pest Management is recognised as a leading sustainable company that actively supports charities both locally and internationally.
Trusted Pest Management aims to inspire others and support colleagues, customers, and suppliers in their own efforts to share time, skills, and resources in their community support programs.
Trusted Pest Management is proudly associated with the Rise Above Foundation in the Philippines, which aims to improve the quality of life for the poor and underprivileged through education, livelihood training, and health and hygiene programs. We offer support by donating funds and volunteering time to assist with various community projects.
Trusted Pest Management Directors Wesley and Tudor Vasile are the founders and directors of the Mental Awareness Foundation (www.mentalawarenessfoundation.org), which was created in 2010 after the loss of two close friends to suicide. The Foundation was established to support charities that work directly with communities to raise awareness of depression and mental illness.
The Foundation has raised more than $900,000 to date, including $180,000 in 2017 when over 2,500 people participated in the annual fundraising walk in October. Both directors were also recognised in the 2017 Australia Day Awards for their contribution to community wellbeing.

Walk for Awareness
Each year, people all over the world get together to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, for Brisbane man Wesley Vasile, New Year’s Day 2011 was when he lost Christian, one of his closest friends, to suicide.
Wesley was away in Mexico when he heard the news. Returning home to Brisbane for the funeral in January, he vividly remembers seeing another good friend, David, with whom he exchanged hugs, tears, and memories of their friend.
Three months later, David also took his own life. This heartbreaking experience led Wesley and his brother, Tudor, to create the Walk for Awareness, a community event aimed at breaking the silence surrounding suicide and mental health.
The Walk for Awareness brings people together in a supportive and open environment, encouraging conversations that can save lives. Today, the Mental Awareness Foundation continues to grow through this event, uniting people to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and inspire hope.
