Richie joined the Trusted team in 2017 and brings more than 13 years of hands-on experience in the pest management industry. Prior to transitioning into his role as Operations Manager from a pest technician role, Richie spent over five years in retail management, developing strong leadership and team development skills that continue to support Trusted’s growing technical team.

As Operations Manager for the past seven years, Richie plays a key role in supporting and guiding Trusted’s technicians in the field. He enjoys the ever-changing challenges of pest control and is passionate about continuing to learn within the industry. Richie takes pride in fostering strong teamwork and camaraderie among the technicians, creating a supportive environment that helps the team deliver reliable, high-quality service to Trusted’s clients.
