Mathew Ross joined the Trusted team in 2018, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the pest management industry, including extensive leadership experience in senior management roles both within Australia and internationally. Throughout his career, Mathew has worked across Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines, delivering pest management solutions and operational leadership for major organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, Nestlé, Lion Nathan, Coles Group, Woolworths Group, IHG, Accor and Goodman Fielder.

As General Manager, Mathew is passionate about developing strong teams, maintaining high service standards, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the business. He remains committed to mentoring staff and supporting a positive workplace culture while ensuring Trusted Pest Management continues to deliver reliable, professional pest management services to its clients. Mathew is actively involved in charitable initiatives and is passionate about supporting organisations through his involvement with the Rise Above Foundation, the Bylling Foundation and the Mental Awareness Foundation.
